Below FAQ are some common concerns of our clients before purchasing the theme.

Orders are usually processed within 4-7 business days. We're continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner. However, in some unforeseen circumstances, it may take a bit longer. In such cases, we'll notify you of any delay immediately.

We usually ship out all orders we have received in 24-48 working hours. At the time of shipping the order, you will receive a text message, email and WhatsApp from us with details the delivery partner and tracking ID, these can be used to track your order. We work only with leading shipping partners in India to assure that your delivery experience is great! Our courier partner will send a text message once your jewelry is out for delivery. You will receive a call from the delivery person before they reach the delivery address.

Please note that once we have received your order and processed it, we cannot change the address. While we will do our best to change the address and help you out, please note that this is not an assured service. In such cases, we can try to put in a request with our delivery partner, but the final execution depends on them. So in case you've got your address or pin code wrong or want to change it, we recommend you to chat with our customer support team at erisilvers2023@gmail or WhatsApp at +919714312202 and we'll try our best to help!

Once a return request has been raised on the Mail on info@erisilvers, our pickup partners will reverse pick up your order within 24-48 working hours from the day of booking the return. As soon as we are notified about a successful return pick-up, we initiate the refunds within 24-48 working hours of us receiving the update. Please note that refunds cannot be initiated unless a return pickup is done. Once the return has been picked up, it usually takes us upto 24-48 working hours to initiate the return process. For Prepaid orders: returns are initiated directly to the original payment source. For COD orders: returns are initiated via a phonepay Payout link, which we share with the customers who opted to return. Please enter the correct details in the link and choose the mode of accepting payment. For any combination of the above: all refunds will be done in the same proportion in which the payments were received including partial refunds.

In case you have received a faulty or incorrect item or you just want to exchange your jewelry for another piece, we allow you to replace the jewelry with the same item or exchange it with another item for up to 30 days from the time of delivery of the order. Please note that in case of an exchange, any price differences will be collected/refunded to you as the case may be. Please note all replacement/exchange orders will be created and shipped out in 48-72 hrs. Hello! To cancel your order, please go to our website and log in with your registered email id/contact number (that was used to place the order). Then go to the account/profile section and check your active orders. You'd have an active cancel button against the eligible orders. Click that and confirm your cancelation request. Please note that once the order has been processed from our side, it cannot be canceled, however, if you do not want the product, you can refuse to accept the delivery

All refunds are initiated from our side within 48 working hours of us receiving your product in the warehouse. If you had placed a COD order, you will receive a phonepay Payout link for your inputs and the amount will be credited within 24 working hours in the account once your input is received. If you had placed a prepaid order, the amount will be credited to your account within 7-10 working days of refund initiation.
Our jewelry products come with a limited 6-month warranty. While we provide the best quality plating in the industry it is possible that, on rare occasions, the plating might wear off. To extend the life of the plating, we recommend that you follow the care instructions. However, even after following jewelry care instructions, in case you still face issues with plating, you can opt for the ERI plating warranty. Please note that the warranty does not cover cases of damage, theft, or any physical damage incurred on account of use. Any manufacturing defects are covered under the 30-day return policy and should be informed within the return window. Physical damage beyond the 30-day return window will not be covered under the warranty. For more details about the Plating Warranty, please check the detailed terms and conditions.
